Exchanges & Refunds
Sh8pewear offer a 30 day return policy - if you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it for a refund. Any item sent back will be inspected for signs of wear before a refund is issued. Please make sure that any item sent back is in its original state of purchase - with all tags and packaging intact, free from any marks and unworn. When an item is returned with signs that it has been used we have the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
We recommend that when you try on your waist trainer for the first time that you wear a vest top under so you do not mark the garment.
When you wish to return an item back to Sh8pewear please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know, this will speed up the process for you.

You are responsible for the postage cost to return an item, we recommend that you use Royal Mail signed for service, retain your tracking numbers and postage receipt as we cannot be held responsible for any returns that do not arrive.
Once a return has been received back we will inspect it and issue a refund within 48 hrs.
Please note that all refunds will be the cost of the product minus postage costs.
PLEASE NOTE: all intimate items suchs as our wasit shaper thongs and butt lifters are non refundable due to the nature of the item, please pick your sizes carefully when you order. If you are unsure get in touch and we will be happy to assist you.
Getting the right size can be difficult when ordering shapewear online, Sh8pewear offer a 14 day exchange policy. If you get your order and find that the fits not quite right get in touch email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you with an exchange.
Please note that the cost to send out an exchange does apply, the cost depends on the weight of the order. Exchange postage costs start from £2.84 for Royal Mail 1st class signed for service. This can be paid via PayPal or you can include a stamp of the value of the cost in with the item you are returning.
If an item is faulty get in touch and let us know, we will then ask you to send the item in for inspection. If we will feel that the item was at fault and not miss used in any way we will send a replacement, this will be the same product and size ordered at checkout.
