6 Steps to Lose Weight Permanently and Safely

Read labels see how much fat and sugar they contain, you may find that you can find alternatives with less in or even better make fresh and you can truly control what you are eating.

4. How often do you get active? If you don’t burn the calories you consume you will gradually put weight on. Start introducing some exercise to your day – walk instead of driving, take the stairs instead of the lift.

5. Do you drink enough water – people that drink plenty of water tend to lose weight faster. Try drinking:

  • One glass when you get up in the morning
  • A glass after each coffee or tea
  • If you feel hungry try drinking a glass of water before, you may just be thirsty.

6. Do you get enough rest?

Think about your daily habits and try and adjust so you gradually lower your fat and sugar intake. Do not cut them out altogether as this will cause you to have cravings, slowly reduce so you don’t really notice the changes. Introduce some exercise – get moving and your heart rate pumping!
